Reliability Engineer

Cascade Pacific Pulp is looking for a new Reliability Engineer to add to our Maintenance department!  If you have a mechanical engineering degree, are motivated, and self-directed – we want to talk to you!

Job duties:  Reliability Engineer will provide engineering support for the Maintenance department; design appropriate improvements to mill equipment and/or design and manage repair or replacement; oversee inspections of mill systems; assist in mechanical planning for daily work and maintenance shut-downs; and plan, direct, supervise and coordinate work activities of union mechanical maintenance employees.

Assistant Recovery Superintendent

Looking for a great career?  Cascade Pacific Pulp is looking for a new Asst. Recovery Superintendent to add to our Recovery Department team!  If you have recovery boiler or recausticizing experience or experience supervising or directing work in those areas – we want to talk to you!

Job duties:  The Asst. Superintendent will assist and support the Recovery Superintendent in management of the recovery and recaust operations; is responsible for establishing and maintaining a safe work environment and for striving for continuous improvement and operational efficiency; and will identify and set priorities for normal maintenance and maintenance shut-downs to maximize maintenance and minimize down time.

Journey Level Pipefitter

Looking for a great career?  Cascade Pacific Pulp is looking for a new Journey Level Pipefitter to add to our team!  If you’re motivated, dependable, self-directed and have a desire to learn – we want to talk to you!

Job duties:  Utilize your knowledge of materials and their properties to perform industrial pipe welding/pipefitting; repair and/or replacement of valves and pipes; perform trouble-shooting, diagnosing, fitting and threading; read blueprints, schematics, and make simple drawings.
