E&I Repair (Posted: Apr 25, 2019)

Qualified applicants will have a State of Oregon Journey Level Limited Plant Manufacturing Electrician’s license or better; 3 years journey level electrical experience in a manufacturing facility; knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLC’s, Delta V or DCS equivalent, 4/20 MA process control loops, as well as 480V and 2400V equipment; Experience with AC/DC drives preferred; familiarity with 12470V a plus. Successful candidate may be required to complete an in-house instrumentation program.

Maintenance Supervisor (Posted: Apr 12, 2019)

As an important part of our staff you will supervise skilled craft union employees in a dynamic team environment. The Supervisor will: drive growth in safety; lead improvement efforts in Reliability and Preventative Maintenance; and direct maintenance troubleshooting activities.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, and driven to excel.

Completion of a 4-year apprenticeship including class work and 6+ years of journey level millwright experience; or, a four-year degree in Engineering with 4+ years of supervisory experience are required. Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing maintenance (pulp and paper preferred) is desired.

Process Engineer (Posted: Feb 18, 2019)

The Process Engineer will lead trouble-shooting efforts in the pulp mill, recovery, recaust and with product quality; provide input on process development and optimization; coordinate/review engineering consultant process work and work by process and quality chemists; includes research, data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Four-year degree in Chemical Engineering, Pulp & Paper Science Engineering or related science/engineering required but will consider recent/upcoming graduate; pulp and paper experience preferred.

Controls Engineer (Posted: Oct 26, 2018)

As an essential member of our staff you will be involved in managing and supporting instrument and engineering for controls projects including development and execution of repair plans, and updates/maintenance for DCS, PLC and PI systems; oversight of the process control fiber optic media server base network; and providing controls engineering support for DCS, PLC and PI systems as well as leadership in capital and other mill projects.

Our ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be organized, detail oriented, open to challenging opportunities, and driven to excel.

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field; experience or education working with process controls and network systems for pulp & paper preferred but will consider recent college graduate; additional company-paid training/education will be provided as needed.
